Daylight Savings Needs to End
It’s that weird time of year where the sun, or lack there of, isn’t on my side.
The last couple weeks have been weird and I blame it on the sun, the cold weather creepin’ and the transition to fall.
It’s dark when I wake up, and the last couple days it’s been cold and a littttle bit rainy.
I’ve done OK with it, still getting my workouts or runs in but still.
I’ve stuck to my Level Up Month, mostly, but still still.
On top of everything, Covid is ramping back up.
“It sucks Covid didn’t start now instead of March” Madison said and it’s true.
It took all of our fun months at the Greenbelt, Barton, Zilker, etc…
Why couldn’t it have just held off until the fall?
All of this has me feeling like Groundhog Day.
So much of the same, day after day after day.
And now, even less outside.
More cold. More blue light.
Less heat. Less warm colors.
I was on my LIVE A GREAT STORY Convo tonight and one of the guys was talking about taking a leather working class and how it energized him to learn something new.
Need that.
Need to escape the Groundhog Day, to switch things up,
Need to join the gym for fresh workouts.
Need to read new books.
Need to cook new meals.
Need to do more new things.
Daylight savings needs to end and I need to do new.
