Growth Spurt Month, Pt 2
Almost six months ago to the date, I set out on a mission:
30 days straight of doing 5 things, daily: sweat, meditate, journal, publish, read
Although I didn’t finish the challenge, the practice resulted in a tremendous amount of clarity, focus and growth.
I started the first and only sticker marketing agency called Stickyyy and have been doing weekly Youtube videos since
I refocused on LIVE A GREAT STORY and have since scaled revenue by 100%
I read some amazing books
I tuned out the world, tuned into myself and cocked back the trigger for a solid sprint of progress
Now six months later, it’s time to do it again.
It’s not that I haven’t been doing well at life…
Summer was amazing with lots of outdoor adventures.
I moved in with my girlfriend.
We got a second dog.
Business is great.
Energy is high.
Heatlh is good.
I just know I can do better.
And that’s what this Growth Spurt is about.
Elevating to a higher output level for a short period of focused, consistent progress, which overall bumps up the previous average.
Here’s my daily focus for October 2020:
Drink my full 2L camelback daily (at least)
Journal
Meditate
No drank or smoke
Publish a blog post
Read
Sweat more + 50 push-ups
Phone convo with a friend
Every. day.
What’s going to happen?
I don’t know.
Last time I had no idea, I just knew I needed to do it…
And this time is the same.
I trust that whatever’s coming will be whatever is needed.
