Enneagram, Human Design, MBTI = Self Discovery
“Have you heard of Human Design?”
Yes, I have, and in fact, I’ve heard about it maybe three to four times in the last month.
And that’s really cool that a few different people from different walks of life brought it up.
It’s cool because that means that my people are trying to figure out themselves.
If you don’t know what Human Design is, don’t worry, I still don’t, either… kinda.
It has something to do with when and where you were born determining some numbers.
Yeah, it’s woo-woo, kinda, but the cool thing about it is that it gives you more insight into who you are.
Kind of like your Enneagram…
Don’t know what that is, either?
What about Meyers Briggs? Or DISC Method? Or Personality Plus?
All of these are tools to help us better understand ourselves.
They give us a tangible starting point that defines us (or at least parts of us).
These tools help us better understand why we do what we do, our strengths, our weaknesses, our habits, our ideas, our thoughts… us.
Why?
So we can be better versions of ourselves so we can….
Communicate.
Understand.
Act.
Interact.
Progress.
Develop.
I’ve done a bunch of these and each has kind of blew my mind, initially, leading to big breakthroughs and eventually lasting changes.
So if you’ve never heard of any of this, I highly suggest checking it out.
